This will be the fourth edition of "Go e Mijo" in Japan,
Gault et Millau 2020 " will be published on Wednesday, February 19, 2020!
The 2019 edition focused on five regions, but the 2020 edition will expand to seven regions: Tokyo, Hokkaido, Hokuriku, Tokai, Kinki, Chugoku, and Shikoku,
We are pleased to introduce you to the chefs and chef-chefs from these seven regions.
What kind of chefs and restaurants will be selected out of more than 650 restaurants in total?
