Gault et Millau 2021 goes on sale on February 17, adding the Kanto-Koshinetsu region and featuring 403 restaurants across 33 prefectures of Japan.

Gault et Millau 2021 " will be released on February 17!


For the 2021 edition, Kanto Koshinetsu has been added as a new listing area, introducing 403 restaurants in 33 prefectures throughout Japan.


In addition, this year's edition features gastronomy restaurants with a ♡ symbol.

The restaurant setup is casual and represents establishments that offer reasonably priced yet high quality food.


Also noteworthy are the interview pages with all 16 winners of the nine awards.

It is very interesting to see what the winners are thinking about now, such as their memories of when they were small, setbacks, turning points, and prospects for the future.
